  • I'm waiting for a Linkey box delivery. Can I track my order?
    Sure! You will receive a tracking code as soon as your shipment is leaving our warehouse. Visit DHL website (www.dhl.com) and copy/paste the tracking code into the "Track Your Shipment" text box to find out where your Linkey box is at any time.
  • How long does shipping usually take?
    Preparation and shipping to Australia takes around 5-10 business days.
  • Are shipping and duty costs included in the price of the Linkey box?
    No, shipping is excluded.
  • Do I have to activate a subscription for each vehicle I equip with the Linkey box?
    Yes! For each Linkey box you purchase you need to activate a subscription.
  • How do I get the Turo discount?
    All Turo hosts are entitled to a 40% discount on the subscription fee, and it is already applied to the pricing you see in the subscription page! Stay tuned for more discounts and offers!
  • Can you help me with the installation of the Linkey box?
    We have your back! You can choose between two options: - Self-installation: we always provide you with detailed guides and video-tutorials to install the device. Also, by contacting our support you will receive live chat / video call support by our experts. Lots of hosts decide to install by themselves given the easiness of it, however this really depends on your available time and your manual skill. Ask us for the installation material in advance to have a sense of it! - Local installation support: if you prefer to have someone perform the installations for you, please contact us and we can help arrange an appointment with a local mechanic. The installation of 2hire technology doesn't require trained technicians or certified installers, any workshop / mechanic can do it. Based on your location, we can introduce you to local partners, or alternatively do not hesitate to propose us your trusted workshop / mechanic and we'll be happy to work with them.
  • Can I purchase an installation service? How much does it cost and how to do it?
    Send an email to support-linkey@2hire.io to request the service, make sure you enter your address details to get the right quotation from our partners.
  • What tools do I need to install my Linkey box?
    The Linkey Box and installations are designed to be simple to perform. We are sure you already have all the necessary tools at home (e.g. pliers, screwdriver). In case you don’t, we have selected the right tools for you and listed them in the guide you’ll receive with the Linkey box.
  • Where can I buy a lockbox and a RFID pouch?
    When you leave your car key in the car, Turo requires you to place the keys inside a lockbox and a RFID pouch.   • I would like to subscribe to Linkey, but my vehicle is not on the list!
    We work hard to add new compatible vehicles to the list every day. If we haven’t added yours yet, please send an email with your request to support-linkey@2hire.io including make, model, and year of your car. We will get back to you with a quotation to schedule an appointment with a local partner who will make the model compatible and install your vehicle.
  • Can I book a training session to master the use of Linkey?
    Yes! Send an email to support-linkey@2hire.io to book a slot with our specialist to learn useful tips on how to exploit Linkey at its full potential.
  • I’m already a Linkey user and I want to add more vehicles. What should I do?
    We are happy that you want to expand your keyless fleet! Purchase a Linkey box, the additional subscription will be added automatically. You’ll find your latest installed car in your list of vehicles immediately after installation.
  • I changed my mind about my purchase / I want to make a return. What can I do?
    You can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. Send an email to support-linkey@2hire.io with your return request and the address to book a collection service.
